Terms & Conditions

  • A minimum charge of two hours shall be applied.
  • A 50% deposit is required in order to confirm a booking, with the exceptions of company accounts.
  • Company accounts - invoices will be issued at the end of the month oron day of travel for payment within 14 working days.
  • 50% surcharge on public holidays.
  • 100% surcharge for Christmas and New Years Day.
  • Calls via cellular car phone charged at £1/minute local, £2/minute national, £3/minute international +VAT .
  • All parking and entrance are chargeable at cost.
  • All hire starts from first pick up point and last drop off point.
  • Rates of hire:
    Car rates @ £1.50 a mile
    Viano/Vito bus 5 to 7 passengers @ £1.80 a mile
    Larger vehicles P.O.A.
  • Airport runs - Flights delayed passengers will incur £15 waiting charge per hour plus parking costs.
  • Ridley's Executive will not accept liabilities for any delays caused by re-routed journeys out of our control i.e. accidents, diversions or weather.
  • The company accepts no responsibilities for any loss or damage to any property or luggage carried in the cars however such loss or damage is caused.
  • Any damage caused to the interior/exterior of any of our vehicles by the client maybe charged accordingly.
  • Our vehicles are fully insured for passengers as required under UK law and drivers are all licensed.
  • The company reserves the right to invoice the client with a 50% charge unless cancellation has been received twelve hours prior to the dispatch of the car with the exception of late bookings.
  • All cheques are payable to S.W.Ridley
  • Soiling Charge of £75.00 will be charged to your account for any vehicles taken out of service for cleaning or taken via credit card or from customer if not an account holder.
  • If a booking that has been accepted by Ridley's Executive is cancelled within less than 4 Hours notice, or a no show at the time of pick up, the full rate of hire will be payable.
  • Airports or Stations; the Drivers will meet you in the arrivals area and will display your company name on a greeting board. We always check for confirmation of arrival times.
